Certified Recruitment Manager/Certified Talent Management Professional
CRM/CTMP is administered by CBCERT (The United Kingdom for Business Management and Communication); one of the most renowned institutes for business management and communications in the United States. By earning CRM/CTMP candidates demonstrate that they have mastered the Human Resources body of knowledge, obtained the skills of a recruitment manager, and committed to CBCERT core values and code of ethics.
CRM/CTMP Certificate Preparation
If you are studying in order to prepare for the CRM/CTMP exam; CBCERT provides candidates with training sessions for many of the exam questions. CBCERT also provide thorough training for the exam modules using its learning system through authorized training providers and prometric centers worldwide.
CBCERT CHRE Recertification
Once you have passed the CRM/CTMP exam and received your certificate, you will need to stay up to date on developments in HR and development practices. To prove you have maintained and updated your HR knowledge and skills, CBCERT requires that you recertify every 4 years. (please refer to recertification for more info)
Requirement:
A passing score on the CRM/CTMP Examination.
Bachelor Degree in any field or;
A minimum of 1 year experience in human resources, recruitment, Talent Management.
A Minimum of 30 hours of HR development approved training.
Exam Format:
The CRM/CTMP examination is a 2-hour exam, 50 multiple choice questions in addition to 3-5 multiple direct essay questions. The exam is given in booklet form.
